Common questions

I'm a teacher and I've lost my school's access code

Ask your school administrator — the first person who registered your school — to share it, or to rotate a fresh one from the “My School” tab. If they're unavailable, message us here with your school name.

A simulation won't load or looks wrong

Try refreshing once; the physics engine loads on first open. If it still misbehaves, tell us the experiment name and your device/browser and we'll fix it fast.

Can we request an experiment we don't see yet?

Yes — school administrators can send a request straight from the portal (Request tab), and it lands directly with our team. Anyone else can simply ask below.

How do we get a demo for our school?

Demos are arranged from our contact page so we can capture the right details. Use “Request a demo” and we'll reply within one working day.
